Don embodies more than twenty years of consulting and training experience. Utilizing the advanced behavioral assessment technology of the Professional DynaMetric Programs (PDPWorks) online integrated behavioral management system, Don has successfully assessed more than 20,000 people and works with small, medium and Fortune 500 companies, and licenses both consultants and businesses with the PDPWorks online system.
Don’s passion for people can be heard first-hand on his radio talk show currently broadcasted on WTRU in Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Raleigh, NC; Richmond, VA and Salt Lake City, Utah. The Sound Behavior Talk Radio Show – airs every Saturday afternoon from 1:00 to 2:00. Don utilizes his years of personal, business and corporate experience to help people with issues related to personal growth, relationships between couples and within the family.
