Every function in a system is either important or unnecessary.  If unnecessary it can and should be quit.  If important it should constantly and consistently be improved, with large input from the people who actually execute it."

 

Since 1989, Steve has provided his skills to a variety of opportunities within the Financial Industry.
    Just a few highlights include:
    • Systems & procedures were retooled to increase efficiency and capacity
    • Compliance ratings improved from bottom 10% to top 10%
    • Customer service improved via staff involvement and ownership of operating systems.
    • Built a working relationship between operations and sales teams through systems, communication and team ownership. 
    • Recruited a top account exec and facilitated the departure of 2 poorly performing ones.
    • Prevented a substantial revenue decline by salvaging a deteriorating relationship with our top producing customer.
    • Bolstered sales consistency and compliance.
    • Simplified market coverage methods that permitted easier tracking of prospecting efforts
    • Designed systems and marketed the wholesale mortgage lending function.

 

Not just a business person, Steve has strong family values too.
